Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the United States on all orders $70 or more. On orders under $70, shipping within the United States is offered for a flat rate of $5. Expedited shipping in the US is a flat rate of $15. We also ship to Canada for a flat rate of $15 USD. The risk of loss for all products you order passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS).

Return Policy

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on any worn or used hair accessories. We can only accept returns on merchandise that has not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. If you received an item that was damaged, please email us at future@helixhairlabs.com.

We offer free returns for hair tools that are in resellable condition. Returns for hair tools must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 14 days. Merchandise must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase, and embroidered garments). Sets and Kits are not eligible for partial exchange or return.
